You receive an email from a team member with a query, you haven't got the answer to hand but you know someone who has. Simply click on the "Create Audio Conference" button in Outlook or GroupWise and create a teleconference directly from the email. Check the availability of your participants and let 2Talk Desktop schedule the call for you. To ensure they recieve the details add a an SMS message delivered instantaneously. Scheduling a teleconference has never been so easy.

2Talk Desktop enables you to:

Set up a teleconference using your email client, calendar or address book. Simple drop down menus specify who should attend, when they should attend and how they should be notified.

Our system, 2Talk Desktop, can automatically check for attendees availabilty. If details of time and date are provided and a diary conflict occurs we will suggest two alternative options from the attendees' diaries saving you time.

Once booked the teleconference time is sent to each of the participant's calendars in order to ensure that they have a record.

Participants will receive a teleconference invites with the subject of the teleconference and any additional information you specify. Participants will also receive an access phone number and unique PIN code (if required) for added security plus a list of other participants (optional).
